The Process: Transform Your Property With Us.

 
1. INITIAL QUOTE

We start by gathering information about your property, the location, value and square footage. We then request a floor plan, so that we can provide an initial quotation tailored to your property within 24 hours.

2. SITE VISITS

When you are happy with the initial quotation, a site visit will be arranged by your client manager. After the site visit has been carried out, we revise the quotation accordingly and if necessary, recommend any additional finishes to your space.

3. DESIGN

Working with a vast selection of UK and European suppliers, the Styling and Project Management team will then hand select your furniture pieces from our curated schemes to reflect the target market and apartment specifications.

 
4. PRICE PROMISE

We want you to be delighted with all elements of your furniture pack design and quotation. If you find a cheaper quote, we will match the price of like-for-like items with our ‘Price Promise’ guarantee. 

5. FINAL QUOTE

When you are happy with the inventory, you will receive your final quote and invoice. On receipt of payment, your client manager will be in touch to confirm an installation date. 

6. DELIVERY

Your project will be managed by our dedicated project delivery team. Typically delivery and installation takes place within 7 to 10 working days from point of cleared funds. If you need your package more quickly, we will do our best to accommodate.

7. THE INSTALL

Our deliveries are carried out by our dedicated and professional installation team. We typically complete the install within one working day and will collect and return your keys to your agent if necessary.

  • Our fillings are designed to give you the best of British comfort. With foam, fibre or wool fillings all made right here in the UK for maximum quality assurance.

  • Our upholstered products are designed, handcrafted and finished locally. We use only the highest-quality materials to create a one-of-a-kind piece that will last for generations!

  • All of our rugs are handwoven with 100% natural wool, designed by specialist craftspeople from registered factories who are members of The Good Weave Organisation.

  • Elements of our exclusive soft accessory packs contain eco-friendly yet stylish products that are carefully crafted from recycled materials.

  • As part of our service, our Logistic team remove all packaging and waste when installing, so why not go one step further? Slowly but surely, we are influencing our supply chain to update their packaging materials to be fully recyclable as we continue to diminish our furniture footprint.

Our Logistics team have been trained to ensure a best-in-class standard when delivering and installing your furniture. All members of the team are fully equipped and proficient in installation techniques, art hanging, PAT testing and furniture protection & packaging.
