BoxNine7’s 2024 Resolutions
It’s a new year, and with that comes new promises and commitments from the BoxNine7 team. As part of Britain’s first B Corp™ certified interior design collective, Accouter Group of Companies, we’re excited to share our resolutions for the year ahead, rooted in our enduring dedication to charity, sustainability and inclusivity. Building upon our accomplishments in 2023, we embark on a journey to not only sustain but enhance the positive impact we had. Join us on our mission to be a force for good in this world of possibilities.
1. Charity
We have faith in the impact of kindness, and throughout 2024, we will harness the influence of our business to create a positive impact on society. With this commitment, we assure you that as an organisation, we will persist in implementing the following charitable initiatives internally:
DONATIONS
We promise to donate a minimum of 2% of our profits to the British Red Cross and 2 further charities chosen by the AGC team
BRITISH RED CROSS
We promise to continue to donate furniture at the end of its lifecycle to the British Red Cross and the University of the Arts London. In support of fundraising and educational initiatives.
CHARITABLE HOURS
We promise to encourage our team to use their 24 charitable hours each year to raise money and awareness for their chosen charities.
CHARITY CHALLENGE SUPPORT
If an AGC crew member is participating in a charitable challenge or initiative, AGC will match the donations that AGC employees have collectively donated to this cause. In addition, we will do whatever we can to support a charity challenge that an employee would like to participate in, be it personal or industry led.
2. Regeneration
We are continuously seeking avenues for enhancing our understanding and knowledge of sustainability within the interior design industry, and 2024 will be no exception. Understanding the increasingly important role we play in protecting the planet is vital:
We pledge to focus our efforts on an increasing amount of sustainable measures, inline with our sustainability manifesto.
We promise to continue transition to a circular economy through our circularity initiatives.
We promise to implement initiatives to help safeguard the environment and natural resources.
We promise to guide suppliers towards sustainable practices through education and the implementation of our environmental icons.
We promise to advocate equal and respectful working conditions.
We promise to continue to work towards a carbon neutral 2024 and evaluate and offset all of our 2023 emissions. (learn how we achieved a carbon neutral 2022 on our Responsibility page.)
We pledge to persist in our internal efforts led by our eco warriors as we strive to bring us closer to realising all 12 of our manifesto ambitions, all while maintaining our dedication to B Corp.
3. Inclusivity
At BoxNine7 our aspiration is to become a company that reflects the diversity of the world we design for. We aim to contribute to an industry that embraces and champions talent from various backgrounds, abilities, ages, and identities. In 2024 we pledge to the following resolutions in a bid to support the diversity and inclusivity with our industry.
We will continue to spearhead the four pillars of our DEI pledge, which are:

RECRUITMENT
SUPPLIERS
ADVOCACY
We have a dedicated internal DEI team, who will focus on the ways we can evolve as a company and educate further internally.
We continue to partner with United in Design and look forward to welcoming more interns in 2024, along with running further mentoring sessions externally.
When recruiting we’re continuously reflecting upon our processes and ensuring we advertise across a wide range of digital platforms to provide equal opportunity to applicants.
With our suppliers we will continue to diversify our database and focus on celebrating artisans from all backgrounds of society
