On the 9th day of the 7th month in 2012, BoxNine7 was born. In our first month, we were invited to pre-tender on the most iconic project of that era – The Olympic Village. We even got a taste of the Serviced Apartment sector, our first block of apartments in Fitzrovia!

During 2013 & 2014 we set sail to the seas...  launching internationally, we discovered happy clients in Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai, Istanbul and Kuala Lumpur.

We were so well received that we went onto providing turn-key furnishing solutions to most of London’s iconic new developments including The Tower, One Tower Bridge, The Arthouse, 375 Kensington High Street, Fitzroy Place, Ebury Square, The Heron, Beaufort Gardens, Neo Bankside, Riverlight, Roman House, Fulham Riverside, Chelsea Creek and Triton Building.

Recognised as one of London’s fastest growing and most dynamic design companies, we were shortlisted for RESI Best Newcomer with our parent portfolio, The Accouter Group of Companies.

The demand for our curated furniture packages quadrupled year on year, so much so we launched a dedicated project delivery team.

This led us to furnish London’s landmark developments such as: Lexicon, The Landau, Kings Gate, Plimsoll Building, South Bank Tower, One Tower Bridge, The Tower, 375 Kensington High Street and Riverlight to name a few.

BoxNine7 and our parent company AGC were recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Property by Property Week (woo!).

With the demand for our design-led solutions growing at a rapid pace meaning we also launched our Dress to Rent service helping people sell or let faster at the best possible price.

After another successful year, we opened our office in Asia. Alongside that, we were lucky enough to design and furnish one of the first apartments at London's largest re-development site, Battersea Power Station. This year was also the year we launched ‘The Edit’- a go-to virtual space for conversations, inspirations and news!

The Rental Revolution began! We completed our first Private Rental Sector scheme with Grainger plc; helping to create a ground-breaking rental experience at one of London’s largest and most ambitious PRS schemes at Argo.

We also successfully launched four new furniture collections. The Riley and Hepworth Collections were showcased at the landmark Argent development; Fenman House, King's Cross. Our Tillyer and Richmond collections were exhibited at Ebury Place, Pimlico with Taylor Wimpey Central London.

Our international work continued, with business in the most talked about upcoming developments and once again, we were recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Property by Property Week. Ending the year with being awarded ISO 9001 accreditation and safe contractor.

The Design Team was seen at Landmark Place for Barratt London, Langham Street for Altum Capital and Paddington Gardens for Meritas.

We teamed up with some of London’s top developers within the property market providing design-led turnkey furnishings for leading developments such as Principal Tower with Brookfield, Concord Pacific, and W1 Developments, Lincoln Square for Lodha, Elephant Park for Lend Lease and our huge success with global giants Knight Dragon at Greenwich Peninsula.

The team had also been jet setting and spotted in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai and Bejing, confirming exciting projects with our international clients and investors at the most talked about upcoming developments.

The year started with a bang, as our commitment to sustainability continues, we are proud to have been awarded ISO 14001 accreditation alongside our parent company. The team continued to deliver a hassle-free design-led turnkey furnishing solution leading to some amazing success stories with top developers such as Lillie Square, Capital & Counties Properties PLC.

The success stories continued with our Athena House Home Staging Scheme with Calibre Developments taken off the market on the first day of dressing! Our Cranley Garden scheme displaying a sophisticated, contemporary style in the heart of Chelsea, also spent just 1 week on the market before selling after the team dressed the property.

Finally, BoxNine7 also had a makeover. We introduced our new branding throughout, including beautifully designed Curated Furniture Packages, Home Staging and Interior Design brochures.
