Following our latest install at Principal Tower, we explored the area, the development and more!

In the heart of the city, just a stone's throws away from Shoreditch High Street; you will find Foster & Partners’ development, Principal Tower at Principal Place. The development is composed of 299 contemporary apartments and penthouses, in addition to a variety of amenities. The project also marks Concord London’s first large-scale development within the capital. The outstanding Principal Tower joins the famous skyline of London City alongside “The Cheesegrater” and the “Walkie-Talkie”, and we are proud to say BoxNine7 have now had the opportunity to dress several of the apartments.

Exploring The Location.

We devote our time to researching the area and target demographic for a project. Exploring every aspect of the tenant’s lifestyle by putting ourselves in their shoes allows us to tailor our designs to each development, client and location.

Principal Tower and the wider Principal Place boasts a range of food and retail facilities, including team favourites; The Allegory, Little Farm, BLOK, and Vagabond wines. Located nearby, Liverpool Street also offers a whole host of eateries, cocktail bars such as the London Cocktail club and more!

Bright, Refreshing Interiors.

Whilst designing for a young professional couple, the team created a functional yet stylish space, ensuring the proportions and positioning of the furniture enabled the apartment to remain spacious and airy. Each apartment within Principal Tower features an abundance of natural light, which led to the designers opting for cool greens and blue colours accents to enhance the showstopping view of the sky.
