With the ease of lockdown, fast approaching our team have done their fair share of exploring the amazing parks and locations London has to offer. It comes as no surprise that as a team, we love to walk alongside the River Thames especially when we can spot our projects in the foreground!
Landmark Place.
TOWER BRIDGEOverlooking the River Thames by Tower Bridge is our Landmark Place project. In collaboration with Barratt London, the waterfront residential development features world-class amenities within an iconic setting. With an abundance of attractive riverside restaurants, plus The Shard and Southbank just a small stroll away, if the location wasn’t already a winner, the apartment interior was the welcomed cherry on top.
Inside the apartment, you will find that a sophisticated but fresh design was decided for the property. Working with a neutral colour painted on the walls, the designers opted to bring subtle pops of colour throughout the upholstery and accessories. Located in the open plan kitchen, a glass dining table complete with velvet chairs was selected for a clean finish. Fringed abstract art and ombre tassel stools inject fun and personality fulfilling the apartments overall style.

Southbank Tower.
SOUTHBANKSouth Bank Tower is perfectly situated in one of London’s busiest areas for tourists and general city buzz, South Bank offers a vibrant mix of shopping, restaurants and more!
Exclusively designed, this dress to let scheme takes the prize for the best apartment view in London. With panoramic views of St. Pauls and the City of London, bringing the outside river colours in, the essence of blue is featured heavily within the open-plan apartment. Taking a different style within the bedrooms and also to date our most liked bed shots on Instagram, the vibrant orange tones certainly stop you ever wake up feeling blue.

Riverside Quarter.
WANDSWORTHA little further down the river, you will find one of our latest installs at Riverside Quarter. Situated on the banks of the River Thames, Riverside Quarter is one of the most sought-after destinations in South West London. With views across the Thames to Hurlingham Park, an abundance of local coffee shops, bars and restaurants is where you would find our team now that places are soon to be allowed to open again!
Showcasing our rental pack offering, importance was placed on reflecting the abundance of social spaces while simultaneously transferring an earthy tonal palette to create a warm and welcoming environment, elevated with textured patterns and artwork. Complementing the lighter wood flooring, soft hues and neutral fabrics were used throughout to create a Scandinavian finish to the scheme.
