Chapter House is a dramatic Victorian building in the heart of Covent Garden with Art Deco elements within the communal areas and apartments surrounded by secret gardens. 

Developers, CBRE Residential, got in touch with us to dress a property within the development, in order to maximise its value and minimise its time on the market. We always look into discovering what’s new in the areas we are spotted in, understanding the lifestyle of those living in the city. So naturally, before taking on the project, we felt it was especially important to acknowledge the depth history, and the vibrant theatrical scenes Covent Garden has to offer whilst utilising every corner within the apartment to show off the great space.

Famous for its street entertainers, nearby theatres and charming restaurants, London's West End, Covent Garden is a shopping an entertainment hub. In the centre sits the elegant Piazza, home to fashion stores, craft stalls and the Royal Opera House.
