Developed by Foster + Partners, Principal Tower is made up of 299 contemporary apartments and penthouses, in addition to a variety of amenities. Poised to become a world-class building, the outstanding development joins the famous skyline of London City, alongside “The Cheesegrater” and the “Walkie-Talkie”.

Whilst designing for a young professional, using elements of our Hume and Turner collections, the team have created over 40 functional yet stylish apartments, ready to move into. To ensure the space wasn’t overcrowded, the proportions and positioning of the furniture was a crucial element when styling the property, as this enabled the apartment to remain spacious and airy. Complementing the existing dark oak kitchen and luxe gold backsplash, the dining chairs and table from our modern industrial-inspired Hume Collection are the perfect match.

As well as having an on-sight state-of-the-art gym and cinema, just a short walk away from Principal Tower, tenants are spoilt for choice and can enjoy an abundance of amenities in nearby Shoreditch.
