Set within a former workhouse, this boutique development transforms a historic space into a stylish and inviting home, designed for today’s young professionals and international students.
A Blend of Past and Present
Positioned between Fitzrovia’s well-known Cleveland Street and Charlotte Street, Fitzroy Walk sits along a historic pedestrian walkway, adding a sense of charm and authenticity to this contemporary living space. In partnership with UCLH Charity and Middlesex Annexe LLP, we carefully considered every design element to respect the building’s heritage while crafting a home that feels fresh and modern.
Our design team embraced the building’s rich heritage, layering warm tones, plush textures, and thoughtfully curated artwork to create an atmosphere that feels both timeless and modern. As the preferred furniture pack provider, we tailored every detail to ensure the space meets the needs of its residents while honouring the building’s historic legacy.

Make the Most of the Space with Style
Maximising space while keeping things cosy was key to this project. Natural light flows through the rooms, accentuating plush furnishings and thoughtfully curated artworks that create an inviting atmosphere. Every detail respects the building's heritage, combining references to the past with modern finishes for a timeless design that feels both elegant and contemporary.

Nodding to the building's history was central to our design approach. By referencing its heritage elements and pairing them with contemporary textures, warm neutral tones, and strategic lighting, we created a space that feels both inviting and refined. Soft curves in furniture contrast beautifully with the historic structure, while layered materials—such as natural wood, plush fabrics, and metallic accents—add depth and warmth. The result is a home that tells a story, where modern design harmonizes with history in a way that feels effortless and considered.

A highlight of the project is our collaboration with SWAG, part of AGC, to deliver bespoke window treatments that add both style and functionality. With a focus on premium materials and expert craftsmanship, these finishing touches elevate the space, ensuring it not only looks stunning but also enhances everyday living
