Located in the bustling borough of Hackney, known for its popular food markets, quirky coffee shops, bars and eateries. No.9 Pemberton Place is just a short stroll from Hackney Picturehouse and the famous and much-loved POPHAM'S Our latest scheme within the development features a contemporary reflection of the imagined owner’s lifestyle who you would expect to live there.
The Colourful, Playful Interiors.
Ranging from 422 sq ft. of living space up to the 1,035 sq ft. penthouse, each apartment has a spacious reception room with some apartments opening onto an outside balcony, with an open plan kitchen located off the living area.
Reflective of the client’s intentions to create an interior fusing the heritage and contemporary influences, the designers felt it was also important to echo how the imagined owner could include a functional work from home area without limiting living space. Adding a colourful edge to the apartment pops of colour were used in the bedrooms for an enjoyable twist! With this, the designers perfectly positioned the bed in the master bedroom to create a relaxed space. No space was left untouched when dressing this apartment as even the hallway features a modern console table with characterful prints above.
