Located just moments from London, you will find our latest scheme in the suburban town, Purley. Surrounded by local pubs and bars and just a short trip away from BOXPARK, Croydon, it is easy to see why the area has attracted young professionals more and more over the recent years. Not only that but surrounded by parks, restaurants and local cafes, homeowners have plenty to explore without the need to take a 30-minute train into the city.
Whilst the area was appealing in itself, the team were approached by Calibre Developments, to stage a show apartment to attract young professionals wanting to purchase their first home. The generously sized two-bedroom apartment featured large windows letting in lots of light, which was perfect for the designers who opted for a fresh colour scheme with complementing quirky artwork. Keen to maximise the space and layout of the property, the designers focused on accentuating the large breakfast bar; perfect for busy professionals who are often up and out the door early!
The young and contemporary scheme continued throughout the rest of the property with the master bedroom displaying a clean monochrome style. In the guest bedroom, the designers opted for warm pops of colour, allowing the space to have its own personality whilst still matching the rest of the apartment.
Our Success Story.
Our young professional inspired scheme, the property sold on the first day of being dressed by BoxNine7! We then moved the furniture and restyled in another apartment within the development, which also sold the week it was dressed. Our Athena House scheme is now onto its third property within the development to help close a sale.
