The Importance of Designing a
Marketing Suite & Show Home:
Castanea Court
PROJECTS
Why is a Marketing Suite Important for Potential Buyers?
We recently had the honour of collaborating with SRG Properties on designing the Marketing Suite and Show Home of Castanea Court situated in New Malden, Kingston. This new development has been creating a real buzz in the real estate market, and we were lucky to be part of bringing the space to life.
The Marketing Suite
The client’s brief requested we create a contemporary welcoming space, through a consistent design between the Marketing Suite and Show Home. In response to this brief, our designers used varied textures and monochrome patterns in the marketing suite to add a contemporary rhythm to the space, whilst ensuring a calm and welcoming palette forms an inviting feel, striking a perfect balance between modern chic and timeless elegance.
This perfectly reflected the area of the development and resonates with potential buyers, likely to be young professionals and couples This target demographic often seeks a space that not only reflects a modern aesthetic, but simultaneously exudes comfort and warmth. With a development offering such great links to the city centre, our goal was to craft a living space perfectly complementing the vibrant lifestyles of these potential buyers, whilst creating a calming atmosphere for when returning home after a day in the office or an evening out in the bustling city…
Spotted Guide: Uncover the Best Things to Do in Kingston upon Thames!
When taking on a new project, researching the surrounding area of the developments we dress is important to our team. Look at the places we’ve discovered in Kingston-Upon-Thames during this project:
Kingston upon Thames, a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be explored.
1.
Beanberry Coffee Company
Tucked away in the heart of Kingston, this place is not your average coffee joint! With a laidback atmosphere, Beanberry Coffee Company is a mix of rustic charm and modern flair, and they aren’t serving your usual cuppa; they source and roast some of the finest speciality grade organic Arabica green coffees. Plus, they're big on sustainability. They are the UK’s first speciality coffee roasters focused on organics. Currently, every single coffee they work with is certified organic and all blends are 100% organic all the time. Whether you’re on your way to the office or taking a weekend stroll in the city, check out this great spot for your caffeine fix!
2.
Richmond Park
After grabbing your coffee for the day, you can take a leisurely walk through one of London’s most famous spots, Richmond Park. Depending on the time of year, you may be able to spot some wild deer grazing in the distance. See more of the wildlife at Pen Ponds, or soak in the view at King Henry’s Mound. With the hustle and bustle of the city in the background, this escape in nature is the perfect way to recharge your batteries!
3.
Incognito
Incognito Bar is a hidden gem that's all about low-key vibes and delicious cocktails. Tucked away, it's got that mysterious allure – you almost feel like you've stumbled upon one of London’s most exclusive clubs. The atmosphere is electric, with dim lighting and a great mix of tunes setting the mood just right. The bartenders are cocktail wizards, whipping up concoctions that'll blow your mind! From classic mixes to their own signature creations, the drink menu has something for everyone. This place isn't just a regular bar; it's an experience, in which they request “…you keep the knowledge of [their] fabulous drinking den a secret. If you must, please only pass on its location to the most honourable of associates.”
Why is dressing a marketing suite so important?
Well, a Marketing Suite is essential as it brings a development's vision to life, appealing to potential buyers by showcasing a meticulously crafted lifestyle and community. It goes beyond selling properties, becoming a gateway for young professionals and couples to connect with their future home. The design we curated encourages a deeper connection, allowing buyers to envision their daily routines and interactions within the space. Incorporating popular trends like neutral tones adds modernity, while communal spaces with cosy seating emphasise the development as a place to unwind, make friends, and feel at home.
“The project looks incredible. Thank you for all your hard work. We’re really impressed with how everything came together over the two-day installation. Massive credit to the team, it looks amazing”
Alex Rogers, Director of Projects at Cyril Leonard
The Show Home
Our design for the Show Home not only met but exceeded the client's brief. Using the same neutral and monochrome colour scheme and use of natural textures created a seamless connection between this and the marketing suite. When entering the Show Home, viewers are met with a very similar feature chair to the dining chairs used in the Marketing Suite, providing a sense of comfort. Through this, walking through the apartment, potential buyers already feel at home as they feel a sense of familiarity. The patterned dining chairs add a fun, modern twist to the space, reflecting the lifestyle of young couples and young professionals, who tend to stay up to date with the latest interior and fashion trends. With our design, we aim to not only showcase the property itself, but also its potential as a stylish living space.
