Introducing Adele, our incredible Head of Project Delivery. Adele’s passion for interior styling and best in class service sees her managing and developing inspiring turnkey solutions for residence across some of London’s most exclusive locations.
After an exciting department refresh, we caught up with Adele to see what’s new for the Project Delivery team!
Hey Adele! Can you tell us a bit about the Project Delivery department and what a typical day is like for you, especially since Covid-19?
“Project Delivery is such a dynamic department, we project manage and style the BoxNine7 turnkey packages. You can usually find us doing everything from ordering stock, organising logistics, CAD drawing and curating finishing touches. Every day brings something different.
Since COVID-19 we are settling into our new working from home lifestyle. I like to kickstart the day with our AGC zoom workouts or a walk, followed by a team catchup. Like most companies we have embraced technology this year, so we spend lots of time on video calls working alongside our logistics, sales and procurement teams. Making time for mentoring is very important to me, supporting our teams is something we are passionate about at BoxNine7.”
How did you get into the industry?
“I studied Furniture and Product Design at university and went onto work in the furniture industry within trading, project management and visual merchandising. I’ve always been a design-obsessed property lover, so it was a natural choice.”
What is the most challenging thing about your role?
“Anything can happen when installing furniture, and COVID-19 has certainly provided its challenges. But this is the most satisfying part of the role, knowing at the end of each day, whatever the challenge, our client loves their apartment – It’s a great feeling especially when we receive such lovely feedback!”

Do you have a favourite furniture collection and why?
“The Hamilton collection is so versatile; it looks on-trend with our green feature chair and timeless with deep blues mixed with pieces from our Star and Garter schemes. I also have a weakness for our marble dining tables!”
Can you give us a sneak peek on what’s coming up for Project Delivery?
“We have so many great things coming up this year, I’m especially excited to offer enhanced styling and multi-unit project management.”
What do you love most about working for BoxNine7?
“The people and the innovation. I’m constantly inspired by the stunning work our designers and marketing department create and by the enthusiasm and hard work of our vibrant team. We love a team event, over lockdown we’ve had numerous online cooking classes, zoom drinks, cocktail making demos and DJ sets on the BoxNine7 Instagram.”
