Located in West London, you will find our latest home staging project, Perrymead Street. Appointed by Aspire Luxury Properties, our BoxNine7 team were brought in to create a ‘Soho house’ style family home. As part of our service, our rapid & flexible offering meant that we were able to deliver on our speed turnaround promise. In turn, the property was sold for 20% over the market value.
The expansive 3308 sq ft. property features an array of unique rooms, including a playroom, wellness room and media room, perfect for any family living in the city. Eager to style the property with the ultimate wow factor, the team couldn’t wait to dress the stunning 7-bedroom property. Designing with family life in mind, the designers created multiple zones to emphasise the vast space and versatility of each room throughout the home.

As a result, we have complete trust in the products we deliver. All furniture used had been purposefully re-styled from previous projects to reflect the client’s intentions of a Soho-styled home.
Reflective of the client’s intentions, the designers felt it was also important to echo how the imagined family owner could include a functional work-from-home area with a fun playroom for the children. 2. QUOTATIONOnce we have gathered all of the relevant information, we will provide a quotation which will maximise and show your property to its full potential. We will have the quotation back to you within 24 hours for you to review.
3. SITE VISITOnce you have reviewed the quotation, we will visit the property to confirm the inventory and raise the invoice ready to start your design process.
4. DESIGNFollowing payment your interior designer can begin designing your scheme. Our design team will select furniture pieces best suited to optimise your properties potential. Our furniture is sourced from our exclusive selection of UK and European suppliers.
5. INSTALLATIONOn the day of installation, your designer and our dedicated Logistics team will deliver and install your rental furniture, transforming your property into a home.
