Unboxing BoxNine7: The Yearly Round-Up
ROUND UPKickstarting 2021, we are so happy to share with you some of our highlights from the past year.
In 2020, we started the year in the French Alps, with the team taking a well-deserved holiday. Wigs and many cocktails later, the BoxNine7 team were back ready to tackle the year ahead!
It is no secret that this year has been a difficult time for us all. First and foremost, we wanted to say a huge thank you to our fantastic team for keeping spirits high and installing some tremendous projects. To the key workers who kept our deliveries ticking over, we could not have done it without our dedicated Logistics team.
Our New & Improved Style.
Shaking up our signature style, BoxNine7 had a makeover. We introduced our new branding throughout, including our beautifully designed Curated Furniture Packages and Home Staging brochures.
Our Instagram also had a fresh makeover, with us featuring more behind the scenes and team inspirations on our stories.
Keeping our followers entertained, we hosted an Instagram live with a DJ session from Andrea Zara (Kiss FM)! The session was in aid of raising money for the NHS Charities Together, and we are so thankful to everyone who donated. If that wasn't enough, London Cocktail Club Founder, JJ Goodman also treated us to a session; mixing a delicious cocktail to keep us refreshed during the summer.

Our Design team have worked tirelessly throughout the year on some amazing schemes. With that, our Interior Design brochure is now available to view, showcasing our latest projects and the new process behind creating a uniquely tailored experience. Delivered Within 7-10 Working Days.
Fully PPE'd up, we continued to deliver our curated furniture packages providing landlords, developers and investors with a hassle-free design-led turnkey furnishing solution at a cost-effective price point.
This led to some incredible success stories with top developers such as Lillie Square, Capital & Counties Properties PLC, where we completed over 50 installations throughout 2020. We Were Nominated.
It was an honour to be selected as a finalist at the SBID International Design Awards 2020. Our CBRE, Chapter House scheme was shortlisted for 'Residential Budget Up To 50K'.
Chapter House is a dramatic Victorian building in the heart of Covent Garden with Art Deco elements within the communal areas and apartments surrounded by secret gardens. You can discover more about this scheme and its surrounding area here.

Our trusted Home Staging service meant we were able to maximise desirability whilst minimising the time properties spent on the market. Our latest Athena House Scheme with Calibre Developments was taken off the market on the first day of dressing! The scheme has since been moved, and now onto its 3rd property within the development for a Dress to Sell.
Joining our home staging portfolios was Cranley Gardens. Displaying a sophisticated, contemporary style, the property is located in the heart of Chelsea. With the location being a key selling point to the area, we explored what is on offer in this busy neighbourhood. After the team were appointed to come in and dress the property, the place then spent just 10 days on the market before selling. You can view the full portfolio of images here.
