In light of lockdown easing further, we have shared our top restaurants
and activities in some of our favourite locations in London.

From your morning coffee to dinner, the team are so excited to be back enjoying our favourite London restaurants and bars since reopening. It comes as no surprise as our team devotes time to explore the location our projects sit within. This ensures that we truly understand our client and tailor the final design to suit the imagined homeowner’s lifestyle.

With an abundance of independent stores and eateries to choose from our Project Administrator, Saffron, loves to start her day with a coffee from Chai Guys and a relaxed stroll around Old Spitalfields Market, when carrying out site visits in developments around the area such as Principal Tower.

We have now had the opportunity to dress several apartments in Foster & Partners’ development, Principal Tower and Principal Place. Composed of 299 contemporary apartments and penthouses, the project marks Concord London’s first large-scale development within the capital, joining the famous skyline of London city.

Catch the tube across town to Kings Cross, where you can find our home staging project, Gasholders, sitting within the regeneration development of King Cross by Argent. Our Interior Designer, Harriet, has certainly missed wandering around the buzzing area. From sitting in the sun on the famous grass steps people watching to a spot of lunch with friends at the Lighterman, there is nothing you can't do.

You can also find Harriet shopping at Coals Drop Yard, or seeing the latest exhibition hosted in Granary Square.

Carry on into the night by heading on over to our Associate, Ed's favourite part of town in Covent Garden. Famous for its street entertainers, nearby theatres and the best tasting restaurants, such as Buns and Buns, this area of London is without a doubt the perfect entertaining hub.

BoxNine7 were brought in to create a show home within Hexagon Apartments, deemed perfect for young working professionals wanting to experience the vibrancy and excitement that Covent Garden has to offer. With enough space to entertain guests, locally sourced finishing touches were added in the bathrooms and bedrooms playing homage to the surrounding areas, creating a space welcoming for any lucky tenant.
